No customs or admin fees for orders shipped to Norway, United Kingdom, United States, Australia or Switzerland. For Norway, this applies for items below 3000 NOK, for Australia, this applies to orders below 900 AUD.

We want every Ninepine customer to enjoy a smooth, hassle‑free shopping experience, no matter where they live. Although we ship all orders from within the EU and work closely with our shipping partners to minimise customs‑related friction, we’re not yet able to cover customs and import fees in every non‑EU country.

Expanding this coverage often requires local company registrations and significant legal processes, but we’re actively working on it and prioritising countries based on demand.

If you are ordering from outside the EU, please be prepared to pay your country’s VAT, customs duties, and any applicable handling or import fees. These charges are set by your local authorities and vary by country. 

Customs duties and import VAT are assessed at the moment your order enters your country. This means they must still be paid even if the order is returned, as the import technically occurred. Returning the item does not cancel or refund government‑issued charges.
