We offer free exchanges for a different size/length/colour or model of equivalent value (as long as the original item is in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and stain‑free) in all EU member states. Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the original item via our return portal.

Once an exchange request has been submitted, the replacement item will only be shipped after the original item has been handed back to the carrier and marked as in transit. If the original item is not returned, the exchange order will not be shipped.

An original item can be exchanged a maximum of two times.

Please note: We do not offer free exchanges for NON-EU customers (UK, Norway, Switzerland, US, Australia and Singapore). However, you can still return your item via the return portal and place a new order online when ready.

*If you opted for store credit, your order amount will be credited to you once you dropped off your return with the courier and they have marked it in transit. 

**If you opted for a refund, you will receive your money once we have inspected the return in our warehouse in Sweden (typically within 2-3 weeks).
