We ship to Norway using Bring/Postens Pick Up Point Service or Home Delivery.

Since we have registered with the Norwegian Tax Administration (in their VOEC scheme), our prices include VAT for Norwegian customers. Norwegian customers will not need to pay VAT when receiving their items. For orders below 3000 NOK there should be no import duty charged by Norwegian customs.

Please note: We do not offer free exchanges for NON-EU customers (UK, Norway, Switzerland, US, Australia and Singapore). However, you can still return your item via the return portal and place a new order online when ready.

*If you opted for store credit, your order amount will be credited to you once you dropped off your return with the courier and they have marked it in transit. 

**If you opted for a refund, you will receive your money once we have inspected the return in our warehouse in Sweden (typically within 2-3 weeks).
