We ship to the UK using UPS and FedEx. As soon as it ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to track its progress. If you haven’t received a confirmation email please check your spam folder and/or email us at [email protected]

Returns are not free, return postage fees apply for returned from the UK (albeit discounted) if you wish to return your order. Please see our return postage prices here.

Please note: We do not offer free exchanges for NON-EU customers. However, you can still return your item via the return portal and place a new order online when ready.

*If you opted for store credit, your order amount will be credited to you once you dropped off your return with the courier and they have marked it in transit. 

**If you opted for a refund, you will receive your money once we have inspected the return in our warehouse in Sweden (typically within 2-3 weeks).
