You can return your unused and unwashed items within 14 days of receiving your items. To return your order, please submit your submit your request via our return portal. For more information, please see "Returns process".

You have two return options:

1. Return for a refund
Return shipping is paid by you. Please submit your return request through our portal at our negotiated rate. If you use our label, the shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund. Click here to see return shipping charges

2. Return for store credit
This option provides a free return label. Once processed, you’ll receive store credit that you can use to place a new order directly online, no new payment required.

Any original shipping costs are non refundable and return postage fees apply (albeit discounted). 

Important Information

1. Items must be in their original and re-sellable condition (with tags attached), unused (except for trying them on of course), unwashed and stain free.

2. Free gifts, and gift cards are not returnable

3. Original shipping, customs and import charges are non-refundable
