Budbee box returns do not require any labels. It is advised that you have the Budbee app on your phone for the smoothest experience. Once you have submitted your return via our portal, you will receive an email with further instructions.
Please note that if your mobile number is incorrect when you placed your order, the order will not appear in the Budbee App. Please get in touch with us in those cases.
